About Jewels

Hi, I’m Jewels Cabrera — a certified Holy Fire Karuna Reiki® Practitioner, Reiki teacher, Akashic record reader, and an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Since 2021, I’ve held space for clients to reconnect with their inner wisdom, clear both present and ancestral energetic blocks, and gain insight into the patterns, relationships, and life transitions leading them into alignment with their soul’s purpose.

My journey as a healer is deeply rooted in my lineage of intuitive women healers from Mexico with a strong, unwavering connection to spirituality. Reiki, specifically, entered my life in March 2021 during one of the most transformative periods of my life and became a foundational source of my healing journey. This practice is the anchor that carried me through both of my pregnancies and the profound loss of my firstborn son, Max, and continues to support me through life. 

While I am trained as an AMFT, I do not offer psychotherapy through this space. My clinical background simply informs the way I hold you—with intention, emotional awareness, and a trauma-informed lens—allowing our work together to feel both spiritually expansive and deeply grounded.

My approach to healing is centered on compassionate and gentle guidance. I believe true healing is grounded in something unshakable — and for me, the foundation of healing is rooted in faith. It’s not a fleeting or trendy method, but a steady foundation that holds us when life is turbulent.
